• Check-in time is 12:00 noontime. Early check-in upon availability
• Check-out time 10:00 am. Late check-out is also upon availability.
• Reservations shall be guaranted by making a deposit of the 30% of your stay plus transaction expenses through our PayPal account or our bank account.
• We do not accept credit card.
• Payment must be made in cash only on your arrival date
• Cancellation Policy: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
• All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
• Rental charges already paid are non refundable. If the client wants to shorten his/her stay, the already paid amount cannot be refunded.
• If you would like a taxi to pick you up from the airport, please send us your airline company, flight number and time. The driver will be waiting for you with a notice with your name by the meeting point.
