hola Lina, and to everyone who helped make my stay so wonderful. i was just looking for a clean, well located place to stay during my time in buenos aires, but the next thing i knew i was dancing for the first time; with a lot of help from Walter - everyone's favorite tango teacher! as for Lina, she knows the town, the people and the traditions as well as she knows hospitality. muchas gracias!

Are you going to Buenos Aires to tango and want to be where it happens? Lina's Tango Guest House is THE place to be. Situated on a quiet side street in old San Telmo you won't be bothered by a constant roar of bus and truck traffic noise although close to city bus connections. Rooms enter onto a bright, cheery central courtyard in which guests can just relax or as the occasions may arise, attend barbecues and other tango festivities. We attended a party in which we were delighted with entertainment, food, and dancing that will be remembered for a long time.
Lina, an excellent tango dancer, has the right connections to make your stay so memorable whether it be arranging for tango lessons, excursions to milongas or, if you are lucky, arrange a trip to her casa in the Tigre Delta.
We would highly recommend Lina's as a destination place for your total Tango experience in Buenos Aires.

Lina's Tango Guest House, ahhhhhh Where to begin?Lina: a warm delightful hostess, and now I feel amiga, so generous of spirit and kind heartedLina's comes with Lujan and Gloria who are just lovely and so helpful. Ask Lujan anything and she will give you an answer and more. Gloria simply makes the morning start with ambrosia... the smell of coffee and medilunas piping hot, now who can stay in bed with that? Tango: "catching the energy" with Walter, Tango teacher supremo... so patient even when I was leaning in on his head so hard as to maybe give him a headache. The lessons were a delight on Lina's patio, I miss the music already.Guest: Lina's Guest house attracts the loveliest people from all over the world. It is an international oasis. I was lucky to meet her 81 yr old Mother staying for a visit.House: instead of a guest I felt this was mi casa, home away from home, I was so happy to come in from a busy day and just enjoy my room, the courtyard and of course the tango music. And so you have it " Lina's Tango Guest House" an unforgettable experience, a must if you want an *** tango experience and an authentic feel of the portenos hospitalityMuchos Gracia Lina, Lujan and Gloria, I love you all.Bonnie

Our trip to Buenos Aires was one of our best adventures because we stayed at Lina's Guesthouse. Both Lina and Lejan treated us as family and took special care to steer us to the best parts of the city. Our trip to the Feria de Mataderos was an event we will remember forever. Thanks, Lina and Lejan!

I feel a floating sensation when I recall my adventure in BA, which was reinforced when I stayed at Lina's Guesthouse. My stay was so personal and musically enriched. I am having a gathering at my house in June with those that I traveled to Argentina with. I will cook South American recipes and empanadas. Of course tango music will be playing in the background. What a great website.
